Lower Prices and Higher Expectations
We get it! The internet is chock full of low priced trips.
You think you can book your own and you don't need us.
Here is how we will save you time and money:
1.) If you can find a lower fare, we can usually match or beat it. We have direct connections to all the big players and our host agency books tens of thousands of trips a year. We have buying power!
2.) We watch your fares. Fares fluctuate, fuel prices change, demand changes, and as it does, sometimes fares, particularly cruise fares change. Most often they go up as the trip gets closer but sometimes they go down. We have web-bots that watch for lower fares for our customers, and when they do, we will work to get your fare reduced. In most cases, we can get this taken care of and just let you know the good news! In some cases, we get upgrades or extras to make up for the difference. In a few cases, the fares do not apply to previously booked trips.
3.) We have your back when things happen. Flights are delayed or cancelled, people get sick, passports get lost, sometimes people with passports get lost! We are a phone call away. We have had customers who were told in the airport that there were no hotels and no flights available for 24 hours. We were able to contact our resources, get a room in a four star hotel, and their trip insurance paid for the room, cab ride and dinner!
4.) You don't "pay" for 95% of travel agents services. Here's how it works: We have relationships with virtually all the hotel, cruise, tour and resort operators. They pay us a commission on bookings. We work on volume, and thankfully, we are very good at it. So when we find a rock bottom rate on something, you still get the lowest fare with no added charges. The exception can be airlines. In most cases, they do not pay a commission. If you are planning a trip that includes other elements besides airfare (a cruise for example) we will usually book your airfare (with no fee) as long as you purchase insurance so we can successfully manage your trip if there is a problem.
